| The Honda Rider's Club of
America was formed, as a department within American Honda
for you, the Honda rider, to help you enjoy and achieve
the most from your riding experience. No matter what type
of Honda motorcycle, ATV, scooter or PWC you ride, Honda
is behind you every bit of the way. |

Roadside |
| |
The best roadside
assistance plan available for your Honda motorcycle, the
HRCA roadside membership at 39.95 gets you 24-hour roadside
assistance for your Honda motorcycle in addition to the
benefits of the HRCA standard non-roadside membership.
A family member residing at the same address can join
as your Associate Member and enjoy most of the HRCA's
benefits for an additional $15. |

The HRCA non-roadside
membership (29.95) comes equipped with the standard loaded
set of benefits that the roadside membership comes with,
just hold the roadside. This is the perfect option for
anyone who wants all the great benefits the HRCA has to
offer but does not need any roadside assistance. |

Complimentary |
| |
As a new Honda owner, you'll receive a one-year
complimentary membership. New motorcycle and scooter owners
will also receive one year of complimentary roadside assistance.
You will enjoy most of the benefits of a paid membership
including access to the online Clubhouse and much more. |

| |
The e-membership
option (7.95) allows you access to the HRCA Members Website,
the HRCA online Clubhouse. You will be able to use most
of the features in the Clubhouse including the event calendar,
online service manual, Member directory, plan a ride,

| As an HRCA Member,
You'll receive the Honda Red Rider Magazine six times
a year. With travel features, riding and route features,
Chapter news, product insider information, rider and Member
profiles, new-model previews and more, this terrific full
color, glossy magazine will keep you up-to-date on information
of importance to HRCA Members. |

| Roadside Assistance |
| For HRCA roadside memberships
only, you will have a direct, toll-free line to the HRCA
Member Assistance Plan, providing you with 24-hour emergency
roadside service. With more than 23,000 professional service
facilities across the U.S. and Canada, our assistance
program will be right there to get you rolling again.
We'll even relay a message to family and friends who might
otherwise worry. |

| Online Trail Guide |
| The "Where to Ride Guide"
as created for off roaders to make it easier to locate
places to ride. You will have online access to this guide
with your membership in the Club. There is information
for over 1,800 trails and motocross tracks, organized
alphabetically by state. |

| Towing Service |
| If the HRCA can't get you
rolling, we'll have your Honda motorcycle, scooter or
ATV taken to the nearest Honda dealer / service facility,
if no dealership is available. There's no cost for the
towing service either. We will even pick up your disabled
unit from your driveway. Your transport vehicle is also
covered (under 1 ton) if you are disabled while towing
your dirt bike, ATV or PWC. (For roadside membership level
only) |

| We like to keep things convenient
to make more riding time for you. Paid members can access
one official Honda service manual of your choice per membership
year at the HRCA online Clubhouse. You'll find most models
from 1994 through the present. Also available to every
Member is the Honda Common Service Manual, covering step-by-step
instructions for basic maintenance and repair procedures. |

| Your personal ID card is your
key to all your Honda Rider's Club benefits. Remember
to always carry your I.D. Card with you whenever you ride
to take advantage of all of the Honda Rider privileges.
Our 24 hour, 365 days a year, toll free number is displayed
on the card. Call whenever you need more information. |

Training |
| The HRCA will offset the cost
of successful completion of a Motorcycle Safety Foundation
course, up to $75.00 maximum. With a new ATV purchase,
your training is covered through a separate program HRCA
Members, including age-eligable family members who have
purchased a used ATV may be reimbursed up to an aggregate
total of $75 for successful completion of an ASI ATV rider
course. |

| HRCA Red Rider Rewards are

an elite tea. Our HRCA Red Rider Rewards Program will

This value-packed, 160 page directory can save you up

| The HRCA can help. As part
of your membership, you can request a personalized key

information to Members, because we understand that you
need to plan for the unexpected. Just call our toll-free

| Emergency
Benefit |
| The HRCA's Member Assistance
Plan can help defray emergency travel expenses. If you
are 100 miles or more from home and your motorcycle is
disabled due to an accident or problem covered under your
warranty, you may be eligable for reimbursement up to
$100 per day for your lodging and meal expenses while
your bike is being repaired with prior authorization and
receipts. Limitations and exceptions apply. |

Honda Dispatch |
| The HRCA Roadside Member Assistance
and dispatch service also extends to other non-Honda motorcycles
you own. We arrange the service with our known providers,
and you simply pay the discounted cost of the road service
for your non-Honda product. |
